Who's Lobbying for Whom: Northern Road Link Project seeks out provincial support

The proponents of a planned all-season road in Ontario's far north are lobbying the province for support.

The Northern Road Link Project was registered by Plamen Petkov, a consultant with Maple Leaf Strategies, this past week.
