The Canadian Tire Corp. registered this week to engage with the Ontario government to emphasize Canadian Tire's important role in Canada's retail landscape.

On March 13, Canadian Tire launched "Triangle Select," its new "annual fee-based subscription program that delivers an enhanced value proposition to customers."

According to the news release, "At a cost of $89 plus tax a year, the program quickly pays for itself through rich rewards, a welcome gift and more."
