In face of the U.S. tariffs, provincial chambers of commerce all over the country are asking premiers to dismantle interprovincial trade barriers right away — an issue they argue is the same thing as having a 21 per cent tariff on domestic goods.
They say the move would make it easier to move and sell goods between provinces.
