Ontario Liberal Leader Bonnie Crombie suggests there's plenty of savings to find in the government's coffers to make up for the loss of revenue from her proposed international student cap.

But she isn't offering any specifics.

Crombie on Tuesday proposed capping international student enrolment at 10 per cent across all provincial colleges and universities. The problem is that would cost all the schools significant revenue.
