Leaders of Ontario Liberals, New Democrats promise to help young people

Two Ontario leaders have laid out plans on the campaign trail to help young people deal with the affordability crisis.

Liberal Leader Bonnie Crombie says she would eliminate interest on student loans, create 40,000 paid internships and apprenticeships through tax credits to companies and make student residences more affordable.

NDP Leader Marit Stiles says her party would introduce rent control and turn student loans into grants.
