Ontario’s ethics watchdog concluded Monday that a former aide to Premier Doug Ford “failed to comply” with lobbying rules when trying to get a client’s land removed from the Greenbelt.

Ontario’s auditor general said the province is falling short on mental health services for youth and in overseeing the safety of wells and other non-municipal water systems at cottages and farms.
