Let us hope that following Bill 124’s repeal, that this is the final time any provincial government — regardless of party — attempts to override the collective bargaining process.

As the Ontario legislature resumes, the Ford government is stuck in reverse.

After Bill 124 was declared unconstitutional by the Courts last week, the PC’s have finally accepted defeat on their government’s unlawful wage suppression legislation.

The government has now backtracked entirely by repealing a plan they knew wasn’t right for Ontario.
