Crombie seeks to raise $1 million for Ontario Liberals by end of year

“This is building unity in the party,” said Liberal strategist Will Wuehr. “When you have a leadership race that ends on a third ballot, and it's a fairly tight result, you need to bring everyone together and make sure the party is united behind the new leader.”

Freshly crowned Ontario Liberal Leader Bonnie Crombie’s is calling on the Liberals to raise a million dollars by the end of the year.

“The future of Ontario depends on the actions we take today, and we need your support to end this year strong,” reads the OLP’s donation page.

Though potentially a tall order during the holiday season and challenging financial times for many Ontarians, Crombie proved to be particularly adept at stuffing the coffers during her leadership campaign.
