Despite Premier Doug Ford’s firm warning to his caucus to steer clear of federal politics, some PC MPPs apparently can't keep their feet off the campaign trail.

For some candidates who failed to grab a seat at Queen’s Park, the federal election offers a second chance.

Ford has repeatedly said that his MPPs are “absolutely swamped” with their provincial duties, but that hasn’t stopped some from showing up to support their federal counterparts.
