Ontario’s budget drops today. Finance Minister Peter Bethlenfalvy will rise in the legislature at 4 p.m. to unveil the Ford government’s economic plan for the year ahead. Expect updates on health care, tax incentives, and infrastructure. Global News reports.

Ontario and Manitoba are teaming up to cut trade barriers. Premiers Doug Ford and Wab Kinew signed a new agreement Wednesday that promises freer movement of goods and workers between the provinces — and a plan to finalize direct-to-consumer alcohol sales by the end of next month. TThe Globe and Mail reports.
