Tories come out on top in Scarborough-Rouge River byelection

Progressive Conservative candidate Raymond Cho won Thursday’s Scarborough-Rouge River byelection. Cho had nearly 39 per cent of the vote with 234 out of 234 polls reporting in. The Tory candidate was up by 2,429 votes on Liberal Piragal Thiru, who finished with 29 per cent of the votes.
